Deciding is Everything
Too often, the cause is missing, delayed, or poor decisions. Especially under today's complex conditions.
With Delegation Poker, we create a clear framework for action: Who makes decisions in which situation, how do we distribute responsibility wisely? Delegation Poker shows how decision-making powers can be divided according to the situation - from executives to teams.
It promotes open discussions about decisions, develops a common understanding of delegation levels. This leads to more personal responsibility, transparency, and a sustainable, healthy decision-making dynamic in the company. Especially in times of uncertainty.
